You may upload recordings and store meeting information (“Content”). You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us permission to host, store, and process your Content solely to provide and operate the Service.

You are responsible for obtaining all required consents before recording or storing any meeting content.

Laws about recording conversations vary by location. Do not use the Service to record anyone without permission where required.

• Don’t break the law or violate others’ rights (privacy, IP, etc.).
• Don’t attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the Service.
• Don’t upload malware or harmful content.
• Don’t abuse sign-in or other systems (we use automated abuse prevention).

The Service uses third-party services (for example, Google/Firebase for authentication and storage, and optional Google Calendar integration). Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
