You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws where you live.

You may upload recordings and store meeting information (“Content”). You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us permission to host, store, and process your Content solely to provide and operate the Service.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you also authorize the Service to use read-only access to your calendar so it can import your meeting information into the app.

You are responsible for obtaining all required consents before recording or storing any meeting content.

Laws about recording conversations vary by location. Do not use the Service to record anyone without permission where required.

• Don’t break the law or violate others’ rights (privacy, IP, etc.).
• Don’t attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the Service.
• Don’t upload malware or harmful content.
• Don’t abuse sign-in or other systems (we use automated abuse prevention).

The Service uses third-party services (for example, Google/Firebase for authentication and storage, and optional Google Calendar integration). Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

• The Google Calendar connection is optional and user-initiated.
• The Service requests read-only calendar access so it can import event titles, times, descriptions, and meeting links into your workspace.
• The Service does not use this integration to create, edit, or delete your Google Calendar events.
• You may stop using the integration at any time by disconnecting it or revoking the app's access in your Google account settings.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
