Privacy Policy

Last updated January 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Meeting Me Memory (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use `meetingmememory.com` (the “Service”).

What we collect

  • Account info: When you sign in with Google, we receive a stable user identifier and basic profile information (such as your email address), via Firebase Authentication.
  • Meetings you add: Meeting titles, start/end times, join URLs, and optional notes/categories that you create in the app (stored in Firestore).
  • Recordings you upload: Audio/video recordings you create in the app (stored in Firebase Storage) plus metadata like duration, size, tags, category, and timestamps (stored in Firestore).
  • Google Calendar integration (optional): If you connect Google Calendar, we store and use OAuth tokens server-side to import upcoming events into your Meetings list.
  • Abuse prevention signals: We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise on the sign-in flow to help prevent automated abuse.

How we use information

  • Provide the Service (save meetings and recordings, sync optional calendar events).
  • Secure the Service and prevent fraud/abuse (including reCAPTCHA Enterprise assessments).
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Where your data is stored / processed

We use Firebase (Google) to provide authentication, database storage (Firestore), and file storage (Cloud Storage for Firebase). When you connect Google Calendar, OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are not readable by the browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, Google/Firebase), and when required by law.

Your choices and controls

  • Access/update: You can view and edit many meeting and recording fields directly in the app.
  • Delete: You can delete meetings/recordings you no longer want. (Deletion removes the app’s references; storage deletion depends on the specific delete action and permissions.)
  • Disconnect Google: You can disconnect Google Calendar access from your Google account security settings.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date when we do.
